Vzajemna Earmarks Most of 2011 Distributable Profit for Reserves
Ljubljana, 28 August - Shareholders of the mutual health insurer Vzajemna have decided to earmark most of the EUR 1.13m in 2011 distributable profit for contingency reserves, the insurer said after the Tuesday general assembly. They also granted the management and supervisory board discharge of liability for last year.
