Ljubljana, 29 August - Slovenia should have introduced a fiscal rule years ago, as this would have been a significant step in the development of budget plans and fiscal policy, the Court of Audit said on Wednesday while presenting a report on the drafting of 2011 and 2012 budgets. The report finds that the drafting process was not entirely efficient.
