New School Year Begins

Ljubljana, 2 September - A new school year for primary and secondary schools begins on Monday, bringing a few novelties, such as more flexibility in ability grouping, the end of morning classes starting before 7:30 AM, the scraping of subsidised meals and cheaper transport for commuters.
