Türk Files Official Bid For Presidential Election
Ljubljana, 31 August - President Danilo Türk filed on Friday his candidacy for the 11 November presidential election with the National Electoral Commission, backed by 13,000 voter signatures. The president stressed that he would dedicate all his energy on obligations of his office like there was no campaign, now that he had filed his bid.
