Transparency International Says Transfer of Prosecution Wrong

Berlin, 6 September - The transfer of the prosecution under the Interior Ministry earlier this year was a step in the wrong direction, points out Transparency International in its annual progress report on enforcement of the OECD anti-bribery convention released on Thursday.
