Serbian Albahari Receives Vilenica Prize as Festival Concludes

Lipica, 9 September - Writer David Albahari accepted late on Saturday the Vilenica Prize, as the traditional literary festival closed with an award ceremony in the Vilenica cave near the village of Lipica. The Canada-residing Serbian writer of Jewish origin said in his acceptance speech that a writer, especially a post-modernist writer, must be as cunning as a fox.
