Ljubljana, 12 September - The end of the supervised independence of Kosovo means that the international community will cease fixing laws and other decisions made by the Kosovo authorities. From now on, the Kosovo constitution is the only legal framework and its government takes over the responsibility for establishing the rule of law, the daily Delo writes on Wednesday.
