Composer Marijan Lipovšek Died

At the age of 86 years, composer Marijan Lipovšek died Thursday night after a lengthy illness. Lipovšek was a university chancellor, music editor, publicist and translator, a founder of Editions of Slovene Composers' Association, a director of the Slovene Philharmonic Society, Nestor of Slovene classical music and a concert pianist.
