Spent Nuclear Fuel from Austria to Travel through Slovenia

Ljubljana, 14 September - A shipment of spent nuclear fuel from Austria will travel through Slovenia and the Koper port on its way to the US in the autumn. Head of the Slovenian Nuclear Safety Administration Andrej Stritar said on Friday that such transports are very safe and that the possibility of nuclear pollution is almost non-existent.
