Information Science Institute Becomes UNESCO Category II Centre
Paris, 18 September - Education, Science, Culture and Sport Minister Žiga Turk signed on Tuesday an agreement under which the Institute of Information Science (IZUM) became a UNESCO category II centre, an organisation under the auspices of UNESCO. Turk believes the move will strengthen multicultural cooperation and information flow in the region.
