Parliament to Pave Way for Bad Bank, Sovereign Holding

Ljubljana, 28 September - The National Assembly will resume session on Friday to take a vote on a bill setting up a bad bank that will take over Slovenian banks' non-performing loans in exchange for bonds backed by up to EUR 4bn in state guarantees. It will also adopt a bill establishing the Slovenia Sovereign Holding.
