Prison Administration Boss Says Union Complaints Beyond His Authority

Ljubljana, 3 October - Prison Administration director Dušan Valentinčič accepts complaints made by the administration's in-house trade union over understaffing and poor working conditions. But he believes that there are no grounded reasons for his resignation as the problems are of a "systemic nature" and are beyond the authority of the administration.
