Court Says Church Can Keep Bled Island
Bled, 4 October - The Kranj District Court has rejected a Culture Ministry lawsuit seeking the annulment of a 2008 agreement which gave the Catholic Church a free 45-year lease on the Bled island. The Bled parish has expressed hope the decision ends a conflict that has been dragging on since 1992.
