Delo Slates Govt for Gross Lack of Integrity

Ljubljana, 9 October - Commenting on the government plans for a higher VAT on newspapers and cuts in the education system in order to reduce the deficit, the daily Delo says in its Tuesday commentary that such a lack of integrity is the "beginning of the end of any government".
