Ljubljana, 10 October - The act on the Slovenia Sovereign Holding, which was vetoed by the upper chamber of parliament, the National Council, last week and may also be put to a referendum, suffered a new blow on Wednesday, as Rajko Pirnat of the Faculty of Law questioned its constitutionality.
