Maribor, 13 October - Has the Nobel Peace Prize degenerated into its opposite, the daily Večer wonders in its Saturday commentary. The prize was supposed to go to individuals or groups who helped promote peace, human rights and democracy, but over the last couple of decades the criteria seem to have strayed, the daily says.
