Slovenia Passed 1232 Standards

Ljubljana, 5 January - STANDARDS/SLOVENIA
On 1 January all JUS standards, inherited from the former Yugoslavia, were invalidated. According to Bogdan Topič, Director of the National Office for Standardization and Metrology (USM), an orgnization in charge of Slovene standardization, the country passed 1232 world and European standards (ISO/CEN) by end-December 1995.
