Cooperatives Up Their Stake in Ljubljanske mlekarne by Only 4%

Ljubljana, 22 October - Mlekodel, a milk trading company established by a handful of Slovenian cooperatives, has acquired 194,713 new shares in Slovenia's biggest dairy Ljubljanske mlekarne as part of its takeover bid, increasing its stake by 4.44% to 36.41%. Since there was no threshold set, Mlekodel labelled the bid as successful.
