Court Approves Shareholders' Meeting at Velenje Coal Mine

Velenje/Celje, 22 October - The Celje District Court has approved the request by three owners of the Premogovnik Velenje coal mine to call a shareholders' meeting at which they are to propose an audit of the company's operations since 1 January 2010. They want the auditors to examine the price at which the coal has been sold to thermal power plant TEŠ.
