Slovenia Referred to EU Court over Energy Directives
Brussels, 24 October - Slovenia is under the threat of a fine for failure to fully transpose the EU's electricity and gas directives into its legislations. The European Commission referred the country to the Court of Justice of the EU on Wednesday proposing a daily penalty of EUR 10,287 for each directive.
