Ljubljana, 26 October - Justice and Public Administration Minister Senko Pličanič pledged Friday to address the financial problems plaguing courts after the Ljubljana Local Court said it had run out of cash earmarked for expenses directly related to court proceedings, such as payments to lawyers and expert witnesses.
