Slovenia Set to Appeal Strasbourg Court Judgement on LB

Ljubljana, 6 November - Foreign Minister Karl Erjavec said on Tuesday Slovenia would appeal to the ruling of the European Court of Human Rights ordering Slovenia to take measures to repay the savers of the LB bank, while the high representative for succession issues, Rudi Gabrovec, expressed surprise over the court's decision, labelling it "incredibly biased".
