Registered Unemployment Surged in October as Academic Year Ended

Ljubljana, 7 November - Registered unemployment soared in October due to a large number of first-time job seekers who registered with the Employment Service. At the end of the month 110,886 people were registered with the Employment Service, which is 5.2% more than in September and the same as in October 2011.
