Gospodarski Vestnik: Privately Owned Companies Gain Progressively More Influence

According to most recent data, 30,910 privately owned companies existed in Slovenia at the end of April this year, 15% more than the total amount at the end of last year. All of these companies, however, were not in operation at the time of both counts. At the end of last year, for example, 61% of all registered companies were in operation. Nevertheless, these data show that private enterprise is undoubtedly expanding in Slovenia, writes Vesna Bertoncelj Popit in today's Gospodarski Vestnik.
