Cohesion Funds Top Slovenia's EU Budget Agenda

Brussels, 21 November - EU leaders will meet in Brussels on Thursday for a two-day summit dedicated to finding a compromise on the union's 2014-2020 budget. The current proposal leaves Slovenia losing as much as 40% of cohesion funds and is unacceptable for Slovenian negotiators, who will be headed by Prime Minister Janez Janša.
