National Assembly Passes Pension Reform

Ljubljana, 4 December - The National Assembly passed with 76 votes in favour and none against the government-proposed pension reform on Tuesday. The reform tightens retirement conditions by raising the retirement age to 65 years or 40 years of pensionable service. It is to step into force on 1 January and is expected to bring in EUR 150m in 2013.
