France Arhar: Slovenia Completely Separated from Yugoslav Debts
Ljubljana, 15 January - ARHAR/STATEMENT
Governer of the Bank of Slovenia (BS) France Arhar and Finance Minister Mitja Gaspari received a letter Monday, stating creditor banks, holding over two thirds of the former Yugoslavia's debts according to the New Financial agreement concluded between creditor banks and Yugoslav debtors, have endorsed a proposal put forth by Slovenia in November 1995. "The letter is of extreme importance to Slovenia," Governer France Arhar told STA.
