Delo: Negotiations? Yes, but...
Ljubljana, 25 March - Although following Thursday's "threatening message" and the heated two-day discussions by deputies to the committee for international relations one might expect the very nadir of relations to be reached prior to the talks in Rome, surprisingly the deputies succeeded in preventing a dangerous accumulation of anti-Italian sentiment with a cold-blooded analysis and through resolutions which will allow the negotiations to continue and which strictly determine which issues are off the agenda for Rome, writes Romana Dobnikar-Šeruga in the Theme of the Day column.
