Brussels, 24 January - Italy's Foreign Minister Susanna Agnelli appeared before the special group of the European Parliament for relations with Slovenia Wednesday in Brussels to answer the questions of Euro-Parliamentarians on the relations between Slovenia and the EU. Agnelli stressed Slovenia had not fulfilled the EU Council of Minister's clauses, neither before the Cannes summit nor before the Madrid summit. The signing of the agreement on Slovenia's associate membership to the EU was therefore not possible, she explained.
