Significant Drop in Court Backlogs Recorded in 2012

Ljubljana, 11 February - The number of the oldest unsolved cases at Slovenian courts was significantly cut last year and so was the time of their processing; court backlog also decreased, Supreme Court president Branko Masleša told the press on Monday. However, he said that criminal proceedings and litigation were being processed too slowly.
