Veteran TV Anchor Tanko Dies
Ljubljana, 9 March - Veteran TV anchor and journalist Matjaž Tanko died on Saturday, aged 67. Tanko worked in television for over 40 years and had anchored prime-time news shows at public broadcaster RTV Slovenija and later at commercial broadcaster POP TV. Last year, he received an award for his lifetime contribution to journalism.
