Finance on How to Put Scarce Development Funds to Good Use

Ljubljana, 12 March - The business daily Finance says in its Tuesday commentary that about EUR 5m from EU funds will be more or less all Slovenia will get to spend on development over the coming years. The paper poses two questions: whether Slovenia will be able to draw up a good programme and then find the right people to implement it.
