Culture Is Key to Development, New Minister Says

Ljubljana, 21 March - Culture is a crucial factor in the development of society and state, Uroš Grilc said on Thursday as he took over the reestablished independent Culture Ministry. He said this would lead the work of the ministry, hoping culture would really become a government affair.
