A Third Calls ZLSD Withdrawal Political Calculation

An opinion poll published by Sunday paper Nedelo shows that as much as 32.2 percent of Slovenes maintain the withdrawal of the United List of Social Democrats (ZLSD) from the ruling coalition was brought about by political calculation; 16.1 percent of those included in the poll think that the ZLSD made a mistake and that the party should continue to stay in the coalition, 12.6 think that the party remained faithful to its principles; 11.5 are sure the Prime Minister Janez Drnovšek's actions prompted the ZLSD to take such step. As much as 26.9 percent of those included in the poll did not utter their opinion on this issue.
