New Insolvency Legislation Adopted
Ljubljana, 18 April - The government adopted on Thursday changes to the insolvency proceedings act aimed at simplifying proceedings and giving creditors a bigger say in restructuring, a move that Justice Minister Senko Pličanič labelled the first step in helping over-indebted companies.
