Ljubljana, 26 April - A plenary session of parliament, which brought changes to rules governing the new state assets custodian, the Slovenia Sovereign Holding, and the appointment of a new chief auditor among other things, dominated this week, while the government moved ahead with reform plans with the 2013-2014 National Reform Programme, to be sent to Brussels shortly.
