Radenska Becomes Joint-Stock Company

General Manager of the Radenska spa resort and soft drinks producer Herbert Šefer told a news conference Friday that the company was on Wednesday, 7 February, registered as a joint-stock company at the District Court of Murska Sobota. At the end of January the company namely received second approval of the Agency of Restructuring and Privatization, which concluded ownership transformation of this 82-million Deutch marks company.
