MPs Give Final Green Light for Sale of Peko

Ljubljana, 26 April - Lawmakers voted 42-2 to back the sale indebted shoemaker Peko to Croatian steel trader Osimpex on Friday, removing the final hurdle in the process to sell the indebted Tržič-based company that was once the leading shoe manufacturer in Yugoslavia.
