Unions, Employers Welcome Changes to Insolvency Legislation

Ljubljana, 8 May - Trade unions and employers who gathered on Wednesday as part of the Economic and Social Council, an industrial relations forum, welcomed the recently adopted changes to the insolvency proceedings act aimed at simplifying proceedings and giving creditors a bigger say in restructuring. The tweak is seen as a "step in the right direction".
