Ljubljana, 10 May - The daily Delo comments on Friday on the government's announcement of a VAT hike, pointing to grey economy as a EUR 10bn untapped source for taxes. Who and how will take on this job has not come up in any programme of measures yet, the paper notes under "A Leap into New Taxes".
