Slovene Foreign Minister Zoran Thaler met with PHARE delegation, headed by Head of the European Commission of Foreign Relations General Directorate Department for Relations with Central European Countries Marc Franco, Tuesday in Ljubljana, Slovene Foreign Ministry reported.
