FinMin: Corporate Governance in Slovenia Toothless Tiger

Ljubljana, 24 May - Finance Minister Uroš Čufer deems the problem of corporate management one of Slovenia's biggest challenges. The legislation has been put in place but the system looks like a toothless tiger in practice, Čufer told a debate organised by the Directors' Association in Ljubljana on Friday.
