Gantar: Sanitation Only Brought to Attention When it Fails

Local departments of sanitation have undergone dramatic transformation over the past few years, but never entered public attention. The sad fact is that these services are only brought to highlight when they fail, but are otherwise preferred to do their job quickly and invisibly, Minister of Environment and Physical Planning, Pavel Gantar said Thursday opening the 1st National Congress of Sanitation Services.
