jubljana, 12 July (STA) - The Committee for International Affairs at the National Assembly of the RS was to discuss the agreement on friendly relations and the cooperation between the Republic of Slovenia and the Republic of Croatia today. The Slovenian government accepted the agreement at its regular session at the end of June, yet has since withdrawn the above proposal from discussion due to certain unresolved issues existing between Croatia and Slovenia.***

"Obviously the international community is forming a new stance regarding the crisis in the Balkans, and this will most definitely influence relations between Slovenia and Croatia," was the opinion of Pahor, who then added that Slovenia must present itself as a stable state,in no way involved in the conflict in the Balkans.
