Slovene Construction Companies Abroad

Slovene construction companies performed in the first eleven months of 1995 SIT 50.5 billion of US$ 446.9 million SIT 1 = US$ 112.9 according to the Bank of Slovenia middle exchange rate) worth of construction works, planning, engineering and technical counselling abroad. According to the National Statistical Office last year's contracts and construction works performed by Slovene companies abroad totalled SIT 22 billion or US$ 195.6 million.
