Agrokor to Pay for Mercator in 2014, Fails to Notify Competition Watchdog
Ljubljana, 2 July - Pivovarna Laško CEO Dušan Zorko has told the STA that the beverage company can expect to be paid by Croatian retailer Agrokor for the sale of rival Mercator in the first quarter of 2014. Agrokor has meanwhile still not asked the Competition Protection Agency for market concentration clearance.
