Brussels, 20 February - Slovene Minister of Agriculture Jože Osterc is to arrive to a two-day visit to Brussels Wednesday evening, where he is to hold talks with the PHARE program representatives and attend on Thursday and Friday a conference on agriculture and food-production in view of EU expanding to ten Central and Eastern European countries.
