Slovene Foreign Debt Close to US$ 3 Billion

Ljubljana, 21 February - SLOVENIA/DEBT/FOREIGN
At the end of 1995 Slovene foreign debt amounted to US$ 2.956 billion, of which US$ 2.869 billion were long-term and US$ 56 million short term debts. The remaining US$ 4 million account for the used IMF funds, data published in January edition of the Bank of Slovenia Journal show.
