Seminar for Preserving Biological Diversity

Ljubljana, 23 February - NATURE/AGRICULTURE/SLOVENIA/SEMINAR
In cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry and the Ministry of Environment and Physical Planning, the Slovene Nature Foundation prepared a seminar entitled Biological Diversity- Preserving Agriculture. The seminar will explore into the ways Slovene joining European integrations will influence agricultural policies, attempting to assess the effect of agricultural policies to biological diversity. A resolution containing conclusions arrived at at the seminar will be published at the end of the seminar, aimed at encouraging government to shaping agricultural policies, allowing for the preservation of natural sources and biological diversity.
