Slovene Minister of Agriculture and Forestry Jože Osterc addressed the Conference on the expansion of the European Union to the eastern and central Europe and the influences of the expansion on agriculture Friday in Brussels. "Future EU member states should not be excluded from the Union's common agricultural policies", Minister Osterc stressed on this occasion.
